Services | We provide comprehensive eye examinations focusing on the visual system as well as the overall health of the eye. During your eye exam we will not only be checking for certain eye diseases such as glaucoma, cataracts, and macular degeneration but also common systemic problems such as hypertension, diabetes, and cholesterol which can have a major impact on ocular health. Unlike many other practices, we here at Premier Vision Group believe a picture is worth a thousand words and we will take a picture of the back of you eye free of charge before each eye exam in order to enhance our diagnostic capabilities.
After the exam you can visit our optical dispensary where we have numerous frames to fit any lifestyle and budget. Our frame selection includes Polo, Harley Davidson, Silhouette, Ray-Ban, Oakley, Versace, and Kate Spade.
If glasses aren’t your thing, ask our friendly staff or the doctor to be fit with contacts lenses. We carry a wide selection of soft contact lenses including toric lenses for astigmatic patients, silicone hydrogel lenses for dry eye patients, and bifocal lenses (Acuvue Oasys for Presbyopia and Purevision Multifocal) for those with reading and distance needs. If you need to order/re-order contact lenses and we do not have your prescription in our stock we will be happy to order the lenses and have them to you in as little as two business days.
For those patients who are interested in LASIK, we offer free consultations and are highly trained in LASIK co-management.

Insurance Plans | | We participate with VSP, Medicare, and Medicaid. EyeMed, Spectera, St Mary's, Hometown Health, Benefit Planners, Silver Legacy, Peppermill, Laborers, Carpenters and Electrical Workers. We will bill all insurance companies that will accept a claim from us.

Facilities and Equipment | Located within our practice is Bella Faccia Skin Care Services. This by appointment only spa features TRUE cosmetics skin care and provides facials, peels, waxing, and tinting. The spa is hosted by our licensed aesthetician Susan Nelson and appointments can be made by calling (775) 830-0974.
Our practice in conjunction with Bella Faccia are offering free consultations to those patients who are interested in Latisse. Latisse is a new,presciption only, medication used to enhance eyelash growth and volume. Please call our office today to schedule your free consultation.
